Calvin Riddle, has an exceptionally diverse background in real estate development and construction.  This experience includes land acquisition, concept and development, construction, marketing and management over the past 30 years.  Early in his career, he was associated with The Brandermill Group working as project manager in the resort development of Fripp Island, SC and later as a partner in a Brandermill Group construction company in Richmond, Va.   Calvin is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in North Carolina.   He has owned his own real estate development and construction companies for the past 20 years  prior to joining Carolina Land Realty in 2010.

A native of Fayetteville, NC, Calvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.  He has completed several post graduate programs related to real estate to include an Executive Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has served on numerous boards in Fayetteville and been involved in the National Association of Home Builders, Urban Land Institute and the Board of Realtors.
Calvin enjoys spending time at the coast and with his family.  Calvin and his wife Faye have two children, Michelle a graduate of Duke University who lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two boys, and Trey who attends Clemson University.
