Born and raised on his family farm in rural Kingstree, SC, Tripp attended the University of South Carolina majoring in Hospitality Management. He has an extensive background in recreational land development and sales with National Land Partners, LLC spanning 9 southeastern states and 8 years. Primarily focusing on waterfront properties in North Carolina, Virginia and Alabama, Tripp served as Director of Sales and Marketing in NLP’s North Carolina division. He returned home to South Carolina, realizing a desire to work closer to the land where he grew up and to be closer to family and friends.

During his spare time, Tripp enjoys spending time on his family farm and hunt club, Mallard Orchard, fishing along the coast and following the Gamecocks.
