Greenville Office

Living his entire life in the Carolinas, Jason has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty found in the region.  He grew up in rural Sheldon, SC on his family’s farm and after receiving his B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Clemson University in 1998, Jason moved to Charleston, SC.  He went to work with Prudential Carolina Real Estate and specialized in the brokerage of large acreage, farms and plantations as well as general residential brokerage.  Jason joined the Carolina Land Realty team in 2007 and currently serves as the company’s Director of Operations and is the Broker in Charge of the Greenville office.  He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in both North and South Carolina.

An avid outdoorsman, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing and riding cutting horses.  He also is an accomplished inspirational speaker and spends time raising money to support the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.  Jason volunteers his time as a mentor for Spiritual-2-A-Days and is a member of Buncombe Street UMC.

David was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina.  A graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, David holds the prestigious CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and has been active in the commercial real estate business for over twelve years. A sincere desire to contribute to the economic progress of the city, combined with a natural aptitude for working with people, David was propelled into the commercial real estate and development field almost immediately upon graduating college. Throughout his seven year tenure with NAI Earle Furman, LLC, David refined his niche within commercial development to focus on office and retail projects. In late 2005 David initiated the turnkey development of a 10,000 square foot medical office building. This began with the acquisition of land and preparation of an investment and ownership model, management of bid proposals, hiring of general contractors, oversight of construction, and the negotiation and signing of a corporate lease with an A+ credit tenant.

The Carolina Land Realty team recruited David in 2007 to add his extensive commercial experience to their already comprehensive suite of existing development services. David works with property owners by marketing their acreage to prospective buyers. His brokerage experience is a tremendous asset when representing property owners through the negotiation process, when an offer is received, and managing the contract through the closing stage.  David also enjoys working with buyers to find their ideal property.  His abilities in canvassing the market, identifying prospective sites, and presenting these sites in a manageable manner provide buyers with an efficient and convenient method of identfying property.

David currently resides in Easley, South Carolina on a 90 acre farm owned by his family for multiple generations. Some of his accomplishments include an honor as a former ‘Broker of the Year’ recipient by Liberty Property Trust; a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, CCIM Institute, South Carolina CCIM Chapter, Urban Land Institute; and is a previous member of the Board of Directors for Senior Action, Inc. Additional interests include spending time outdoors, and with his two children, Eliza and West.

Michael grew up in Greenville, South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina. He graduated in 2007 with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Political Science.

Michael began his career in commercial real estate with Carolina Land Realty in 2007; he works as an acquisition specialist where he assists landowners with the acquisition and disposition of large acreage properties. Michael also works with clients to locate and purchase new properties as well as successfully market and sell their existing land. He is a licensed Real Estate agent with a thorough knowledge of local and statewide markets. This knowledge has made him a valuable candidate for Carolina Land Realty.

Along with his completion of two Bachelor of Science degrees from USC, Michael has had many other successes. Some of his accomplishments include: a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honor Society in Economics, an active volunteering member of the community, an officer on the Board of Directors for the Armond Foundation, charity work with organizations such as Home Works of South Carolina and Triune Mercy Center Soup Kitchen, and excelled at leadership and management to obtain the rank of Eagle Scout at the early age of fifteen. Michael currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina.

Micah was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. He attended Clemson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.  Micah began his career in land brokerage with Carolina Land Realty. He works as a land specialist where he assists landowners in the acquisition and transfer of large acreage, as well as strategically marketing and selling existing land.  Knowledge of local and state land markets coupled with an understanding of the area have made Micah a valuable candidate for Carolina Land Realty.

Some of his accomplishments include Department of Management Student Advisory Board member, member of ILEAD: Integrated Leadership Education and Development, and a member or the National Association of REALTORS.  Micah currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina.  Additional interests include fly-fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Susan grew up in Greer, South Carolina and attended Clemson University; she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.  As the Director of Marketing for Carolina Land Realty, Susan works with each agent to obtain information on our listings and market properties. She works to market clients’ properties by creating marketing packages, marketing flyers, working extensively with mapping programs, and working to connect buyers, sellers, and agents; she also markets our clients’ properties through various media sources. Her initiative and creativity makes her a valuable asset for the team of Carolina Land Realty.
