Land Use Analysis
This is an analysis of the land within a study area, from a planning and zoning perspective, with consideration for potential constraints. Included in this report is:
- An analysis of the current future land use of property within the study area, based on the current future land use map supplied by the local authorities.
- Maps showing all of the property in the study area that has been annexed to a city and what property is contiguous and has potential to be annexed.
- An analysis of the constraints within an area, including flooding and wetland constraints, vegetation and environmental constraints, topography information and any particular ownership constraints (e.g. land owned by the local or state government).
